Who Am I
Welcome. I am Mary, a dedicated practitioner of Shamanic and Energy Medicine. My mission is to guide individuals along their unique pathways toward alignment, restorative balance, and deep spiritual healing.
For nearly 40 years, I built a successful career in business while walking a devoted spiritual path as a longtime student of Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma). This dual foundation — decades of practical, real-world experience alongside sustained spiritual practice — has shaped my approach to healing work.
Over the past two years, I have trained and become certified in Shamanic Energy Medicine and Healing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Akashic Records reading, as well as completing certification as an End-of-Life Doula and Grief Counselor. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session — helping clients navigate transitions, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. Whether supporting someone through the final chapter of life, guiding a grief journey, or facilitating energetic healing, I hold space with both practical clarity and deep reverence for the sacred.
